      食品工厂涵盖  Food processing factory including

      1、食品密闭型生产加工(例如液态奶,酸奶,奶粉,冰激淋,酒类,其他饮料等);Closed production (such as liquid milk, yoghurt, milk powder, ice cream, alcohol, other drinks, etc.);

      2、开放性生产加工(例如烘培、坚果、即食产品、糖果、鱼制品和肉制品等);Open production (such as baking, nuts, instant products, candy, fish products and meat products, etc.);

      3、中央厨房,集中性生产半成品或成品。Central kitchen, centralized production of semi-finished products or finished products.


      卫生级厂房对于排水的要求是各有不同的。There are different requirements for drainage on different function food plant.

      密闭型生产加工多使用大型储罐和CIP清洗工艺,因此在前处理、混料、罐装、清洗环节有瞬时大体量的废水排放,可采用卫生级地漏或者宽大较深的排水槽进行废水的收集和排放.Large storage tank and CIP cleaning process are often used in closed production and processing, so there is a large amount of waste water discharge in the process of pretreatment, mixing, canning and cleaning. Hygienic floor drain or deeper drainage channel can be used to collect and discharge the waste water.

      如果是粉剂生产区域,则要尽可能避免排水区域,不建议采用排水槽形式,如使用地漏,则需配备密封盖板。In case of powder production area, drainage area shall be avoided as much as possible, and it is not recommended to use the form of drainage channel. If floor drain must be used, sealing cover shall be provided.

      开放性生产工艺的情况下,瞬时大体量的废水排放情况不多,一般都是持续性的常压状态排放,因此更关注的是收水面积,确保在不排水时水槽内部不积水。In the case of open production area, is not always happen the instantaneous large volume of waste water discharging, which is generally discharged under constant atmospheric pressure. Therefore, more attention is paid to the water receiving area, water drainage have to ensure that there is no waste water deposition inside the channel.

      许多工厂目前正在使用圆弧形排水槽(如下图),从卫生角度出发,圆弧形不会藏污纳垢,容易清洁,但是水槽一旦过长,由于其本身没有纵向坡度,在排水停止时,水槽底部有一定程度的积水,在高风险的卫生等级车间,此种设计是不可取,有微生物滋生的风险。At present, many factories are using arc-shaped drainage channels (picture below). From the perspective of hygiene, arc-shaped drainage corner is correct, easy to clean. However, once the drainage channel is too long, there is no vertical shape, cause water accumulation at the bottom of the channel when the drainage stops. In high drainage require plant, this design is not desirable, with a quite serious risk of microbial breeding.

        

      关于地漏,市场上大多使用的是倒扣式水封(如下图),扣上时排水不畅(水流通过率太低),不扣时,管道异味会返出,并且,地漏底部常年积水,根本清理不干净。Regards to floor drain, most of the water trap used in the market are fitting type (pictures below). When using fitting trap, the drainage is not smooth (the water flow passing rate is too low). When open the fitting trap, the odor smell of the pipeline will return to the room. Moreover, the bottom of the floor drain has accumulated water always, which is not hygiene at all.

  

      早在20多年前,欧洲卫生工程和设计组织(EHEDG就针对工厂的卫生排水问题,进行了一系列的研究和应用调研,总结出了几点卫生排水件必须达到的要求。As early as 20 years ago, the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) carried out a series of theory and application research on the hygienic drainage of food factory, and summarized several requirements that the hygienic drainage must meet:、

      1、 材质选择304或316L 不锈钢 material: stainless steel 304 or 316L

      2、 焊接,不允许搭接焊缝,采用平焊工艺,表面平滑, hygienic welding without overlap;

      3、 表面工艺处理采用酸洗钝化或高温钝化,高温钝化退磁性更佳。Pickling passivation or high temperature passivation is adopted for surface treatment, and high temperature passivation is better.

      4、 水封高度必须满足5cm,并且是所有部件完全可拆卸型,可进行内部清洗。 Trap height is 5cm, removable and cleanable.

      5、 地漏底部无存水. No water stay on the bottom of drain products.

      6、 地漏或水槽的边缘需进行填充(可采用橡胶材质, 防止受压后变形,从而保护地坪不开裂. Rubble filling on the product edge, avoid compression deformation.

      7、 盖板也同样为卫生设计,满焊工艺,不允许点焊,所有转角均为圆弧角,易清洗。Grating with hygienic design, full welding, no point welding, all the corner with arc-angle, easy to clean.

  

      基于以上原则,根据每个工厂所设计和生产的产品都不同,并且每款产品都有固定的排水能力体现,整体卫生级防臭地漏包含组件:地漏主体部分(出水口管径为DN75/108/159/218, 完全可拆卸型水封,橡胶密封支撑圈(双重密封隔气),杂物收集篮,卫生级盖板。Based on the above principles, the products designed and produced by each factory are different, and each product has a fixed drainage capacity. The overall Hygienic floor drain includes below components:

   l body of the floor drain (the diameter of the water outlet is dn75 / 108 / 159 / 218),

   l completely removable water trap

   l rubber seal support ring (double seal and air separation)

   l sludge collection basket
